At Furniturelanddist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Arrange for Pickup or Shipping

  Depending on the item size, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a specialized freight carrier to collect the furniture from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
